FAQ about Sorribes Ear Method®

What is Sorribes Ear Method?

Sorribes Ear Method is a patented method to correct prominent and deformed ears without surgery. Treatment with Sorribes Ear Method takes place in your own home. You communicate with the staff at Sorribes Online via emails. Our specialists designs an individual treatment plan for you, and every 4 to 6 weeks we ask you to send us photos of the ears. We assess the photos and evaluate the results of your treatment and send you an email with directions and adjustment for your treatment.

How does it work?

The method is comparable to correcting irregular teeth with braces. In short, Sorribes Ear Method changes the shape of the ear permanently by molding the cartilage of the outer ear. Sorribes Ear Method uses 5 different products:

  1. the clam, a strong plastic ear clip that softens the cartilage of the ears
  2. the silver clip, a small silver ear clip used to fold the ear
  3. the strip, a special transparent patch used to fold the ear
  4. pads, soft adhesive foam pads placed inside the silver clip
  5. skin protection spray, a spray for preventing and treating skin irritation

The products folds the ears close to the head during treatment. If you use the transparent strip it does not show, that you are under treatment. Depending on age, the stiffness of the ear and the character of the deformity, permanent results are achieved in 2-13 weeks of treatment (for children, longer treatment must be expected for adults).

Who can use the Sorribes Ear Method?

Almost anyone with prominent or deformed ears can use and benefit from Sorribes Ear Method.
